Cynthia Hafif, a former world class figure skater, has amassed millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for her clients over her career and has earned a reputation as one of the most feared, yet compassionate lawyers throughout California. She holds some of the largest wrongful termination, personal injury and wrongful death verdicts as well as the largest contract disputes in the Nation.
She is licensed to practice in: The Supreme Court of the State of California; The United States District Court for the Southern District of California; The United States District Court for the Central District of California; The United States District Court for the Northern District of California; and, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Cynthia D. Hafif received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of La Verne School of Law and obtained dual degrees in her undergraduate studies, one being a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration; and the other a Minor Degree in English. She was one of Two Recipients of Presidential Award for Highest Grades in College; received the Highest Achieved Mark in Trial Advocacy; Recognized on National and State Dean's List. She is listed in the Who's Who in America and has received numerous Extemporaneous Speaking and Debate Awards.
Cynthia Hafif was selected among her peers to be a board member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, pioneering the Inland Empire chapter. Ms. Hafif provides continuing legal educational speeches and seminars to other lawyers to assist them in the practice of law and fight for consumer rights. She was also selected by Martin Dale Hubbel to evaluate lawyers iand their practices, is a member of the State Bar of California www.calbar.ca.gov, the United States Figure Skating Association, International Skating Institution, a member of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, and donates her time and resources to various colleges and charitable organizations.
